Asians looking to IMF's new boss to honor her pledges

Asians looking to IMF's new boss to honor her pledgesChristine Lagarde is the new chief of IMF and she is looking for fast rising economies to take key positions of IMF. Recently she had visited Asia and she mentioned that countries like China and India deserve to be given more IMF voting power to reflect their growth.
A senior Indian government source said on Wednesday that Lagarde seems like a friend to India. It was also said that although IMF’s managing director seat is not vacated but still she will be looking for some high level appointments in the IMF from India during her tenure.
July 5 is scheduled for Lagrade to begin with her five year tenure of managing director of the International Monetary Fund. As soon as she started her tenure she was trapped in the Greek debt default that could spark a global crisis.
Under her tenure there is a need to appoint top leaders that can handle the global economic influence within the available funds.
It is expected that Lagarde will push for reform and will help IMF to play positive role inpromoting global financial solidity said by China's central bank in a brief statement.
